4. Digital Services Exception
For digital content/services not supplied on a tangible medium, your withdrawal right may expire once performance begins, if you have explicitly requested immediate performance and acknowledged the loss of the withdrawal right where required by law.
5. Effects of Withdrawal
- Where withdrawal is valid, payments are refunded without undue delay and within legal timelines.
- Refunds are made to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
- If lawful exception conditions were met and digital performance already started, withdrawal may no longer be available for the consumed service portion.
