Right of Withdrawal

Last updated: 2026-02-23

This notice explains withdrawal rights for consumers under applicable consumer law.

1. Standard 14-Day Withdrawal Right

If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA, you generally have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

2. Withdrawal Period

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the date of contract conclusion, unless a legal exception applies.

3. How to Exercise Withdrawal

To exercise withdrawal, send a clear statement (for example by email) including your account email, order reference, and an explicit withdrawal request.

Contact channel: info@unboundlabs.ai

4. Digital Services Exception

For digital content/services not supplied on a tangible medium, your withdrawal right may expire once performance begins, if you have explicitly requested immediate performance and acknowledged the loss of the withdrawal right where required by law.

5. Effects of Withdrawal

  • Where withdrawal is valid, payments are refunded without undue delay and within legal timelines.
  • Refunds are made to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
  • If lawful exception conditions were met and digital performance already started, withdrawal may no longer be available for the consumed service portion.

6. Model Withdrawal Form

You may use (but are not required to use) the following template:

I/We hereby give notice that I/We withdraw from my/our contract for the provision of the following service:

Ordered on: [date]

Name of consumer(s): [name]

Address of consumer(s): [address]

Signature (only if submitted on paper): [signature]

Date: [date]

7. International Customers

If you are outside the EU/EEA, local consumer cancellation rights may differ. We will apply mandatory local law where required.
